The Opportunity
To Create a Tailored Work/Foster Space
Not all environments support the rehoming needs of 'street' cats experiencing indoor life for the first time. Feral Bridge hopes to address this need by providing the infrastructure to rehome at-risk cats via a transitional space that our rescue partners choose to help: space, daily care, socialization, training and tools, as well as public access for visiting/engagement with adoptable cats; our rescue partners retain responsibility for promoting and adopting their cats once they are ready for placement.
Our priority will be to support those organizations or individuals working with a municipal shelter (pulling at-risk cats -- increasing that municipal shelter's live-release rate), or organizations and individuals which are actively conducting Trap, Neuter, Return (TNR).
We OWN our space -- a duplex zoned for both commercial and residential use -- which is located on a heavily trafficked street just west of Ogden's Historic 25th Street.
